If they decide to run, I will offer to join them as a new Cabinet Post, Secretary of Acquisitions, Real Property.

Suppose you were the Great Ombudsman given the power to view and review and comment on the law? Imagine yourself a Gilbert & Sullivan Poobah? A great, Poobah. A Poobah amongst Poobahs.

Empowered to correct the law?

Suppose, your High Holiness that you start with looking at the law.

How are you currently looking at the law? Try to see it three ways -- three viewpoints:

Are you or have you been looking up to it?

Perhaps looking over at it?

Or have you, by chance, been looking down on it?

A British philosopher with an overview of the law once said, "The law, sir, is an ass!"
