FIRST ROUGH DRAFT -- Please comment.

As to the forthcoming presidential election, while there;'s no endorsement intended either way nor any intent to criticize, I've felt Warren E. Buffett and William H. Gates, Sr. would make a great ticket.

If they decide to run, I will offer to join them as a new Cabinet Post, Secretary of Acquisitions, Real Property.As Secretary of Acquisitions in the new 2009 administration, I think I'd start the acquisition by buying the convenient Canada Provinces.

Making American English their new national language would result in ending any support for the French language uses. Thus teaching English in all the schools while also rewarding all the adults for focusing on and improving their English.

Perhaps the United States would then also return to a unifying with American English.

Then repurchasing former American Panama and the Philippines.

Then Mexico where I might pay more of they agree to forthwith convert to Ingles in their schools and on their tellies.

When you think about it, the whole planet Earth already speaks a little English and, as Secretary of Acquisitions, I'll use the old Border Patrol at those new borders to safeguard our NW hemisphere.

======

Imagine then, after I have extended the sequence of the Louisiana Purchase and Alaska and the Gadsden I shall continue the acquisitions and move onward and outward simultaneously making new states of places currently lacking good governing.

With the Defense Budget less needed, I like to try buying Iraq by sending America's Realtors into the fray. Buy it and rent it back in the seperate pieces and only to nice people!

Then there's restoration to prominence in this 21st century of the old English Speaking Union. I understand China already has 250,000,000 people studying English to some extent and almost all human already speak a few words like Coca-Cola and Big Mac....

                From The Cloud Appreciation Society:

“It is a strange thing how little in general people know about the sky. It is the part of all creation in which nature has done more for the sake of pleasing man, more, for the sole and evident purpose of talking to him and teaching him, than in any other of her works, and it is just the part in which we least attend to her." …"There are not many of her other works in which some more material or essential purpose than the mere pleasing of man is not answered by every part of their organization; but every essential purpose of the sky might, as far as we know, be answered, if once in three days, or thereabouts, a great, ugly black rain cloud were brought up over the blue, and everything well watered, and so all left blue again till next time, with perhaps a film of morning and evening mist for dew. And instead of this, there is not a moment of any day of our lives, when nature is not producing scene after scene, picture after picture, glory after glory, and working still upon such exquisite and constant principles of the most perfect beauty, that it is quite certain it is all done for us, and intended for our perpetual pleasure. And every man, wherever placed, however far from other sources of interest or of beauty, has this doing for him constantly… the sky is for all; bright as it is, it is not “too bright, nor good, for human nature’s daily food,” it is fitted in all its functions for the perpetual comfort and exalting of the heart, for the soothing it and purifying it from its dross and dust. Sometimes gentle, sometimes capricious, sometimes awful, never the same for two moments together; almost human in its passions, almost spiritual in its tenderness, almost divine in its infinity, it is surely meant for the chief teacher of what is immortal in us, as it is the chief minister of chastisement or of blessing to what is mortal. And yet we never attend to it, we never make it a subject of thought…”
This is something we at the Center would like to have this very minute. It is an introduction between us. See our choice of illustration? Like it? Find it interesting? If you do, hello, stranger. Welcome to the site we call a patriot dream. Your mind appears to share a taste with the dreamers hereabouts. You now appear to wear the robe of an Humanitarian. :-) Please come in. Take a comfortable chair at our table. What will you have to eat or drink? Welcome! :-) And what is your topic for our conversation this beginning visit?"
